"Lights and Shadows"
The fifth edition of Light and Shadows, held in Brescia on 17 October 2025, focused on the importance of research in understanding the profound impact of mental health difficulties during critical periods of life, such as pregnancy. To bridge scientific knowledge and human experience, the show conveyed, through dance, music, and visual storytelling the value of creative expression, physical activity, and social support as key strategies for promoting mental wellbeing and resilience.

"Lights and Shadows"
The 4th Luci & Ombre Show, held in Treviglio on March 27th, 2025, leveraged the expressive power of dance and music to once again portray the emotions and struggles experienced by women and families facing emotional and behavioural difficulties. The aim was to promote understanding and empathy and, thus, help fight stigma surranding mental health.
Particular emphasis was placed on demonstrating how creativity and community can support recovery and foster hope, highlighting the role of art, physical activity, and social connection in promoting mental wellbeing

"Lights and Shadows"
The third edition of Luci e Ombre was performed at the Teatro Nazionale in Milan on September 21st. During this edition, Luci e Ombre intertwined the elegance of dance, the power of judo, and the emotion of music, to give voice to authentic stories of invisible struggles that many people face daily.
