The show will focus on the complex topic of mental illness, and emotional and behavioural dysregulations and the associated stigma.  
Dance and music will drive us into a journey to discover emotions and feelings experienced that characterize adverse experiences such as bullying, anorexia, bulimia, and emotional and behavioural disorders. We will also emphasize the importance of dance, music, physical activities and friendships as strategies to strengthen our resilience.
